Shipping and Delivery
Standard shipping is done with all major ground carriers, including FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), and Freight Delivery. Please allow up to 3 days for warehouse processing. Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time is up to 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping and processing charges for all items is based on the item size and weight. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note that these times are estimates only.
Freight Delivery is only used for heavy and/or oversized shipments. These deliveries will be made Monday through Friday during business hours. Deliveries are scheduled in a 4-hour time window and a company representative will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment.

Returns and Placement
Item returns must be made in-store and will be subject to a maximum of 15% restocking fee if purchase was made in the past 30 days. However, purchases made with a custom order may not be returned.

Payment, pricing, & Promotions
Our payment methods are as followed:
Credit cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, and JCB.
PayPal: New PayPal users should set up their account before starting registration.
Check or money order: Make checks or money orders payable to “Potomac Steel Inc.” Checks must be drawn on U.S. banks. Any checks drawn on non-U.S. banks will be returned.
